The Glastonbury Festival: The Glastonbury festival is held in the South West England arranged mainly by two villages Pilton and Pylle. This is a festival of Performing Arts in which artists from different countries and different backgrounds take part in this festival. The most important initiative taken to arrange the festival is by Michael Eavis. Apart from performing arts, circus, theatres and much other creativity are displayed.

Cheese Rolling: This festival is celebrated in a small country side, Gloucestershire. The festival is mainly organized by the natives of the Cooper's Hill. The festivals do have many peculiarities and risks in it. The festival is observed just before the summer commences, generally it is said that to address the harvest the festival also plays an important role. A chunk of cheese is rolled down the hill and participants those who compete also topple over and give their best to grab the chunk of cheese. However, in the process fatal injuries are very normal.

Notting Hill Carnival: The Notting Carnival was first arranged by the Caribbean living in England. Presently the festival is celebrated by all in England. It is a colorful festival with laudable costumes, loud music and variants of performers performing their talents. The festival goes on for three days and these days are the days of fun and frolic for every one living in the Notting Hill.
